The invention discloses a railway vehicle chassis in-sleeper transition structure, a chassis and a railway vehicle, the railway vehicle chassis in-sleeper transition structure comprises an in-sleeper transition plate (1) and a plurality of reinforcing vertical ribs (2), the in-sleeper transition plate is sequentially divided into a sleeper beam connecting part (1a), a thickness changing area (1e) and a floor connecting part (1f), the thickness of the floor connecting part is smaller than that of the sleeper beam connecting part, and the thickness changing area (1e) is larger than that of the floor connecting part (1f). The reinforcing vertical ribs are mounted on the lower surface of the sleeper beam connecting part; plug welding holes (1c) and second lightening holes (1d) are formed in the in-sleeper transition plate, the plug welding holes are distributed in the two sides of the reinforcing vertical rib (2), the second lightening holes are formed opposite to the reinforcing vertical rib, and the second lightening holes are formed in the sleeper beam connecting part, the thickness changing area and the floor connecting part in a striding mode; and a distance is kept between the reinforcing rib and the end, far away from the sleeper beam, of the reinforcing rib. The welding amount of the in-sleeper transition structure can be reduced, and weld joint stress concentration is relieved.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆底架枕内过渡结构、底架及轨道车辆,其包括枕内过渡板(1)和多块加强立筋(2),所述枕内过渡板上依次分为枕梁连接部(1a)、厚度变化区(1e)和地板连接部(1f),所述地板连接部的厚度小于所述枕梁连接部的厚度,所述加强立筋安装在所述枕梁连接部的下表面;所述枕内过渡板上设置塞焊孔(1c)和第二减重孔(1d),所述塞焊孔分布在所述加强立筋(2)的两侧,所述第二减重孔相对所述加强立筋设置,且所述第二减重孔跨设在所述枕梁连接部、厚度变化区和地板连接部上,并与所述加强立筋的远离枕梁端保持一距离。本发明能减少枕内过渡结构焊接量,并缓解焊缝应力集中。
