An existing BRT public transportation system occupies an additional motor vehicle lane on an original road based on traffic demands, so that a private car public transportation system is partially blocked in time, most of areas where BRT intelligent stations are located are positions with large traffic flow, and the positions are also positions with large demand for taxi taking by pedestrians. A taxi system is additionally arranged in an intelligent platform safety traffic system, a taxi-taking software system is connected with the intelligent platform safety traffic system, and under the guidance of a bus priority strategy, the taxi system is added to provide high-capacity and high-frequency services, so that the taxi-taking software system is connected with the intelligent platform safety traffic system, and the taxi-taking software system is connected with the intelligent platform safety traffic system. Therefore, the high-intelligence traffic service level is achieved, the time is saved for passengers by increasing the operation speed of the buses, and the cost is much lower than the cost required for meeting the car growth requirement by increasing the road capacity.
