The invention provides a low-temperature starting system of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell, belongs to the technical field of fuel cells, and solves the problems of overlong heating time, non-uniform heating and limited output power of the fuel cell during low-temperature starting in the prior art. The system comprises a hysteresis effect heating assembly, a power lithium battery, a fuel cell, a DC-DC converter, a DC-AC converter, a frequency converter and a first electromagnetic valve. The hysteresis effect heating assembly comprises a magnetic conductor and an electrified coil wound on the magnetic conductor. One end of the magnetic conductor is provided with a first magnetic conductor opening for placing the power lithium battery, and the other end of the magnetic conductor is provided with a second magnetic conductor opening for placing the fuel battery. And the first electromagnetic valve, the electrified coil and the frequency converter are sequentially connected to form a hysteresis effect generation loop. And the fuel cell supplies power to the hysteresis effect generation loop after sequentially passing through the DC-DC converter and the DC-AC converter. The system generates an alternating magnetic field through the hysteresis effect heating assembly to heat the fuel cell and the power lithium battery.
