The self-discharge rate of the first battery is greater than the self-discharge rate of the second battery, and the adjustment method comprises the following steps: obtaining the current capacity of the first battery; and if the difference value between the initial capacity of the first battery and the current capacity of the first battery is smaller than or equal to a first capacity threshold value, determining the first SOC capacity of the hybrid battery based on the capacity of the second battery. According to the invention, the problem of short capacity caused by battery aging and self-discharge rate difference of different systems can be solved, and the charge-discharge performance of the hybrid battery system is improved.
