According to the battery centralized charging system, one charging bow corresponds to a plurality of chargers, each charger corresponds to one charging contact, and each charging contact corresponds to a battery placement position on a plate trailer, so that the battery can be directly charged through single operation of dropping/lifting the charging bow; contact/separation of a plurality of chargers and a plurality of batteries to be charged is controlled in a unified manner, so that the charging operation can be simplified, the charging efficiency can be improved, and the construction and operation cost of a charging system can also be reduced through a vehicle-electricity separation and high-efficiency centralized charging mode; and the background monitoring module remotely controls the charging bow and the charger to perform charging operation, battery information and protective cover information on the plate trailer can be acquired in real time, and the state of the protective cover of the plate trailer can be remotely controlled, so that the whole battery centralized charging system can be uniformly controlled by the background monitoring module, and the control efficiency is improved.

    本发明属于车辆电池充电技术领域,具体涉及一种电池集中充电方法及系统。本发明的电池集中充电系统通过一个充电弓对应多个充电机,每个充电机对应一个充电触点,每个充电触点与板车上的电池放置位分别对应的对应关系,能够直接通过落下/升起充电弓的单次操作,统一控制多个充电机和多个待充电的电池接触/脱离,因此能够简化充电操作,提高充电效率,并且车电分离和高效率集中充电的方式也能够降低充电系统的建设和运营成本;并且通过后台监控模块远程控制充电弓、充电机进行充电操作,并且还能实时获取板车上的电池信息和防护罩信息,远程对板车防护罩状态进行控制,因此整个电池集中充电系统都能够由后台监控模块统一控制,从而提高控制效率。
