The system comprises an integrated container trailer, a power supply module, an environment control module and a monitoring module, wherein a battery rack is arranged in the integrated container trailer, and is used for placing a rechargeable battery, the power supply module is provided with a charging power supply by a charging pile, the power supply module is electrically connected with the battery, the monitoring module comprises a battery management unit, an intelligent terminal, a bin control unit and an environment monitoring unit, the battery management unit is in communication connection with the charging pile, the intelligent terminal is in communication connection with the battery management unit, the bin control unit and the environment monitoring unit, the battery management unit controls the charging pile to output charging information, the bin control unit controls the power supply module to charge the battery, the environment control module is used for monitoring environment information in real time, and the environment monitoring unit is in communication connection with the environment control module. According to the invention, the integrated container trailer facilitates position adjustment and meets the use requirements of batteries in peak hours, and the charging pile serves as a power source to improve the charging rate of the batteries.
