An integrated charging pile heat pump heat management system comprises a controller, a first water pump, a heat pump device, a battery cold plate, a battery, a first four-way electromagnetic valve, a three-way electromagnetic valve, a charging pile device, a second water pump, a radiator and a first temperature sensor. The first water pump, the heat pump device, the battery cold plate and the first four-way electromagnetic valve are communicated with one another; the first four-way electromagnetic valve, the three-way electromagnetic valve, the second water pump and the radiator are communicated with one another; the controller obtains a battery temperature of the battery through the first temperature sensor; according to the battery temperature, the controller enters a temperature control mode to control the first water pump, the heat pump device, the first four-way electromagnetic valve, the three-way electromagnetic valve and the second water pump.
