The invention discloses a braking energy recovery control method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, the braking energy recovery control method can be applied to the technical field of vehicle brake-by-wire, and the method comprises the steps that in response to a braking energy recovery instruction, the current braking recovery torque is applied to driving wheels of a target vehicle; the target vehicle is a two-wheel-drive vehicle comprising the driving wheel and the non-driving wheel; the wheel speed change of the driving wheel and the wheel speed change of the non-driving wheel are monitored, and when the difference between the two meets a preset condition, the current wheel speed of the driving wheel and the current wheel speed of the non-driving wheel are recorded; determining a reference wheel speed of the driving wheel based on the current wheel speed of the driving wheel and the current wheel speed of the non-driving wheel; and when the current wheel speed of the driving wheel is smaller than or equal to the reference wheel speed of the driving wheel, the current brake recovery torque is controlled to be reduced, the controlled current brake recovery torque is applied to the driving wheel, and control over the current brake recovery torque is ended until the difference does not meet the preset condition. The braking safety and comfort are guaranteed.
