The invention discloses a system and method for preventing feed of a storage battery during BMS program updating and a vehicle. During BMS program updating, a single chip microcomputer controls a relay driving chip to drive a high-voltage relay to be closed, high voltage is output normally, a DCDC converter works normally, high voltage is converted into low voltage to supply power to electric appliances of a whole vehicle, and the storage battery is charged; the problem of storage battery feed during BMS program updating can be avoided, the situation that a vehicle needs to apply for vehicle rescue due to the fact that the vehicle cannot be used at the moment is avoided, the reliability of the vehicle is improved, and user complaints can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种防止BMS程序更新时蓄电池馈电的系统、方法及车辆,在BMS程序更新时,单片机控制继电器驱动芯片驱动高压继电器闭合,高压正常输出,DCDC转换器正常工作,将高压转换为低压给整车用电器供电,并给蓄电池充电,其能避免在BMS程序更新时出现蓄电池馈电的问题,避免此时车辆因不能使用而需要申请车辆救援的情况出现,提高车辆的可靠性,有利于减少用户抱怨。
