The invention provides a thermal management system of a hybrid electric vehicle, which comprises a battery circulating water path, a motor electric control circulating water path, a passenger compartment heating circulating water path and a passenger compartment refrigerating circulating loop, and the motor electric control circulating water path and the battery circulating water path share a first four-way valve; the motor electric control circulating water path and the battery circulating water path can be connected or disconnected by switching the working mode of the first four-way valve; the passenger compartment heating circulating water path and the passenger compartment refrigerating circulating loop share the combined battery cooler with the battery circulating water path respectively, and whether cooling water of the passenger compartment heating circulating water path flows through the combined battery cooler or not can be controlled by switching the working mode of a second four-way valve on the passenger compartment heating circulating water path; whether a refrigerant of the passenger compartment refrigeration circulation loop flows through the combined battery cooler or not can be controlled by switching the working state of an electronic expansion valve on the passenger compartment refrigeration circulation loop. Recycling of motor electric control elements and waste heat of the engine can be achieved, and the whole vehicle is more energy-saving.

    本发明提供了一种混合动力汽车热管理系统,其包括电池循环水路、电机电控循环水路、乘员舱采暖循环水路、乘员舱制冷循环回路,电机电控循环水路与电池循环水路共用第一四通阀,通过切换第一四通阀的工作模式能够使电机电控循环水路与电池循环水路连通或断开;乘员舱采暖循环水路、乘员舱制冷循环回路分别与电池循环水路共用组合式电池冷却器,通过切换乘员舱采暖循环水路上第二四通阀的工作模式能够控制乘员舱采暖循环水路的冷却水是否流经组合式电池冷却器;通过切换乘员舱制冷循环回路上电子膨胀阀的工作状态能够控制乘员舱制冷循环回路的制冷剂是否流经组合式电池冷却器。本发明能够实现电机电控元件和发动机余热的回收利用,使整车更节能。
