The invention provides a wireless charging system guiding and aligning method and a vehicle, and belongs to the field of wireless charging equipment. The wireless charging system comprises a charging transmitting coil connected with a charging power supply in the ground transmitting equipment, a charging receiving coil connected with a vehicle power battery in the vehicle receiving equipment, a transmitting coil in the ground transmitting equipment and a receiving coil in the vehicle receiving equipment. The transmitting coil generates an alternating identification magnetic field covering the charging transmitting coil, and the intensity of the identification magnetic field spatially changes along with the change of the distance to the central position of the charging transmitting coil. And a plurality of receiving coils are arranged around the central position of the charging receiving coil, or one receiving coil is arranged in the middle of the charging receiving coil and is used for inducing the identification magnetic field to generate induced electromotive force. And the induced electromotive force of the optimal charging position is calibrated and compared with the induced electromotive force intensity of the receiving coil detected in real time, and the relative position relation between the ground end equipment and the vehicle-mounted end equipment is deduced.
