The prestress tensioning jack comprises a sleeve oil cylinder, a sleeve piston, a first anchorage device and a second anchorage device, the sleeve oil cylinder and the sleeve piston are hollow, the sleeve oil cylinder is provided with an annular inner cavity, and an opening of the annular inner cavity is located in the rear end face of the sleeve oil cylinder; the front end of the sleeve piston is movably sleeved with the annular inner cavity, the rear end of the sleeve piston can stretch out of the opening, and the sleeve oil cylinder is communicated with the sleeve piston to form a penetrating channel. The first anchorage device is provided with a plurality of first through holes in a penetrating mode and fixedly installed at the front end of the sleeve oil cylinder, and the second anchorage device is provided with a plurality of second through holes in a penetrating mode and movably installed at the rear end of the sleeve piston in the axial direction of the sleeve oil cylinder. The steel strand penetrates through the first through hole and is guided out of the second through hole through the penetrating channel. The first anchorage device and the second anchorage device are integrated on the sleeve oil cylinder, the first anchorage device, the sleeve oil cylinder and the second anchorage device do not need to be mounted or dismounted one by one when the prestress jack is mounted or dismounted, the working process of prestress tensioning is simplified, the working time is shortened, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开一种预应力张拉千斤顶,包括套筒油缸、套筒活塞、第一锚具和第二锚具,套筒油缸及套筒活塞呈中空设置,套筒油缸设有环形内腔,其开口位于套筒油缸后端面;套筒活塞前端活动套设于环形内腔中,后端可伸出开口外,套筒油缸与套筒活塞连通,形成穿过通道;第一锚具贯穿设有多个第一通孔,并固定安装于套筒油缸前端,第二锚具贯穿设有多个第二通孔,并沿套筒油缸轴向方向活动安装于套筒活塞后端;钢绞线穿过第一通孔,经由穿过通道从第二通孔导出。本发明将第一锚具和第二锚具集成在套筒油缸上,安装或拆卸预应力千斤顶时,无需逐个安装或拆卸第一锚具、套筒油缸以及第二锚具,简化预应力张拉的工作流程,缩短作业时长,提高工作效率。
