The invention provides a tension detection method for a five-wheel tensioning device of an endless rope continuous tractor. The tension detection method comprises the steps that the vertical distance between the circle center of a movable pulley of the five-wheel tensioning device and the connecting line of the circle centers of two fixed pulleys is obtained; transmitting the vertical distance to a tension calculation formula of a control module in real time to obtain tension data of the five-wheel tensioning device; the control module judges whether emergency braking is executed or not according to the tension data, safety accidents of the endless rope continuous tractor can be reduced by acquiring the tension data in real time, and particularly, the safety accidents can be reduced under the condition that the broken steel wire rope is reduced to zero or the tension is increased suddenly due to vehicle jamming. And the locomotive can be controlled to execute emergency stop action according to the tension data.

    本发明提供一种无极绳连续牵引车五轮张紧装置张力检测方法,包括:获取五轮张紧装置的动滑轮圆心至两定滑轮圆心连线的垂直距离;通过将所述垂直距离实时传输控制模块的张力计算公式中以获得所述五轮张紧装置的张力数据;所述控制模块根据所述张力数据判断是否执行紧急制动,通过实时获取该张紧力数据可降低无极绳连续牵引车的安全事故的产生,尤其是钢丝绳出现断绳减小至零或车辆卡阻导致张力猛增的情况下,可通过张力数据的大小控制机车执行紧急停车动作。
