The transmission mechanism is connected to the test bed; the control surface simulation mechanism is connected to the action end of the transmission mechanism; the loading mechanism is connected to the test bench, and the action end of the loading mechanism is connected with the control surface simulation mechanism; the loading control mechanism is used for controlling actions of the transmission mechanism and the loading mechanism and monitoring data information of the simulation control surface mechanism; according to the scheme, the simulated control surface mechanism is loaded through the loading mechanism, transmission adjustment is performed on the simulated control surface mechanism through the transmission mechanism, and closed-loop control is performed on the transmission mechanism and the loading mechanism through the loading control mechanism, so that the real stress condition of the control surface of the unmanned aerial vehicle during flight can be simulated more truly; the loading test can be carried out on the control system more comprehensively, the loading force value range is large, the loading frequency bandwidth is wide, and the universality is higher.
