The invention relates to a vehicle speed control method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the current pose information and the current load information of the vehicle; based on a preset load rule base, performing fuzzy reasoning on the current load information, and performing defuzzification on the current load information after fuzzy reasoning to obtain the reasoning speed of the vehicle; and determining current gradient information according to the current pose information, performing fuzzy reasoning on the current gradient information based on a preset gradient rule base and the reasoning speed of the vehicle, performing defuzzification on the current gradient information after fuzzy reasoning to obtain target output current of the vehicle, and controlling a motor of the vehicle according to the target output current. Therefore, the problem that control unbalance of the vehicle is easy to occur in various scenes due to the fact that the speed control mode in the prior art is single is solved, speed control under different working condition scene rules is completed, it is ensured that the whole driving control process is smoother, and relatively smooth driving experience is obtained.
