The invention provides an accelerator electric brake control device and an automobile, and relates to the technical field of accelerator electric brake control of automobile brake systems. A structure of an accelerator electric brake control device comprises a key starter, an accelerator monitor, a direct current commutator and a brake booster. The one-key starter and the accelerator monitor are connected, the one-key starter and the accelerator monitor are connected with an automobile neutral position instruction power supply at the same time and used for switching on and off functions of the device and monitoring a monitoring instruction of the accelerator monitor, and the accelerator monitor is connected with the direct-current commutator and used for achieving a direct-current commutation power supply through the monitoring instruction; the direct-current reversing electric appliance is connected with the brake booster and used for achieving boosting and withdrawing of a brake through the direct-current reversing power supply. The invention aims to provide an accelerator electric brake control structure, so that the aim of controlling the brake to be out of control when the accelerator is mistakenly stepped on is achieved, and the technical problem of accelerator electric brake control of an automobile brake system is effectively solved.

    本发明提出了一种油门电气制动控制装置及汽车,涉及汽车制动系统油门电气制动控制技术领域。一种油门电气制动控制装置的结构,包括:键启动器、油门监控器、直流换向器和刹车助力器。所述一键启动器与所述油门监控器连接,两者同时与汽车空档指令电源连接,用于本装置启闭功能的转换以及所述油门监控器监控指令的监测,所述油门监控器与所述直流换向器连接,用于通过监控指令实现直流换向电源;所述直流换向电器与所述刹车助力器连接,用于通过直流换向电源实现刹车的助力和收回。本发明的目的在于提供一种油门电气制动控制的结构,实现控制误踩油门刹车失控的目的,以及有效解决汽车制动系统油门电气制动控制的技术难题。
