The invention relates to a battery pack protection structure for an electric vehicle, the peripheral side walls of a battery box are fixedly connected with a liquid storage box, the upper and lower sides of the liquid storage box are fixedly connected with a plurality of limiting sleeves which abut against each other side by side, the limiting sleeves on the upper and lower sides of the liquid storage box are in one-to-one correspondence, and transmission rods are movably sleeved with the limiting sleeves; each pair of transmission rods is jointly provided with a first pressure-resistant plate, a supporting plate is arranged at the bottom of the battery box, a liquid guide pipe is installed at one end of the liquid storage box in a penetrating mode, an expansion air bag is installed in the other end of the liquid storage box, the remaining part in the liquid storage box is filled with fire extinguishing liquid, and a trigger switch is installed on the outer side of the middle of the liquid storage box in an embedded mode. The trigger switch is electrically connected with the expansion air bag, the fire extinguishing liquid is sprayed outwards from the liquid guide pipe, so that the fire extinguishing liquid fully covers the exterior of the device, the first pressure-resistant plate pushes the transmission rod to slide into the limiting sleeve until one end of the transmission rod abuts against the interior of the limiting sleeve when bearing impact, and the safety of personnel is ensured.

    本发明涉及一种电动车辆用电池包防护结构,电池箱的四周侧壁均固定连接有储液箱,储液箱的上下两侧均并排固定连接有若干个相互抵接的限位套筒,储液箱上下两侧的限位套筒呈一一对应,限位套筒内活动套接有传动杆,每对传动杆均共同安装有第一耐压板,电池箱的底部设置有支撑板,储液箱的一端贯通安装有导液管,储液箱的另一端内部安装有膨胀气囊,储液箱的内部剩余部分均填充有灭火液,且储液箱的中部外侧嵌设安装有触发开关,触发开关与膨胀气囊电性连接,灭火液从导液管向外喷出,从而使灭火液充分覆盖住本装置的外部,第一耐压板在承受冲击时推动传动杆向限位套筒内滑动直至传动杆的一端与限位套筒内相抵接,确保人员的安全。
