Whether the vehicle runs on the bumpy road surface or not is determined according to the corresponding relation between the running posture vibration value of the vehicle and the vibration value interval, and the signal threshold value of the myoelectricity induction recognition algorithm running on the bumpy road surface is corrected, so that instruction misrecognition of myoelectricity induction on the bumpy road surface is avoided; therefore, false triggering of myoelectricity induction under a bumpy road surface is effectively prevented, repeated filtering of myoelectricity waveforms is not needed, and the recognition duration of myoelectricity induction is effectively shortened.
