The invention discloses a low-cost test method suitable for built-in large-load high-speed separation, and belongs to the technical field of machinery. On the basis of a traditional hanging separation test, separation force loading is simulated in a pulley block and heavy object mode, and therefore a high-speed separation ground test with a built-in large load is achieved. The whole test system is composed of a test piece, a suspension device, a loading device and a ground measurement and control and recovery device, wherein the test piece is composed of a test cabin, a built-in large load, aircraft on-board measurement equipment and a connection unlocking device; the suspension equipment is composed of a hanging bracket and a hanging tool. The loading device consists of a pulley block and a loading heavy object; the ground device is composed of ground measuring equipment, a weight release control device and a ground recovery device. The defects that an existing built-in large-load high-speed separation test is high in cost, complex in test and high in dependence on test conditions are overcome, and ground test verification of the built-in large-load high-speed separation test can be achieved with relatively low cost and test conditions.
一种适用内装大载荷高速分离的低成本试验方法,属于机械技术领域。本发明在传统吊挂分离试验的基础上,采用滑轮组+重物的方式模拟分离力加载,从而实现内装大载荷的高速分离地面试验。整个试验系统由试验件、悬吊装置、加载装置、地面测控及回收装置组成,其中试验件由试验舱体、内装大载荷、飞行器上测量设备、连接解锁装置构成;悬吊设备由吊架和吊具组成;加载装置由滑轮组和加载重物组成;地面装置由地面测量设备、重物释放控制装置以及地面回收装置组成。本发明解决了现有内装大载荷高速分离试验成本高、试验复杂对试验条件依赖高的缺点,可以相对低的成本和试验条件实现内装大载荷高速分离试验的地面试验验证。
