The invention provides pipeline lining construction equipment and a construction method thereof.The pipeline lining construction equipment comprises a transportation base, a telescopic support and a bearing support, one end of the telescopic support is fixed to the transportation base, and the other end of the telescopic support is fixed to the first end of the bearing support; the outline of the second end of the bearing support is in an arc shape, and the radian of the arc shape is consistent with the radian of the pipeline lining.     本发明提供了一种管道内衬施工设备及其施工方法,所述管道内衬施工设备包括:运输底座、伸缩支架及承载支架,所述伸缩支架的一端固定于所述运输底座上,另一端与所述承载支架的第一端固定;所述承载支架的第二端的轮廓呈弧形,所述弧形的弧度与所述管道内衬的弧度一致。基于本发明的管道内衬施工设备可以实现对管道内衬的搬运、支撑,方便对内衬进行焊接施工,减少了人工投入,节约了工作时间和工作量,降低了施工安全风险。
