The invention relates to the technical field of new materials for tire manufacturing, in particular to base rubber with low rolling resistance, high control and excellent tear resistance, a mixing method and a tire. The base rubber is prepared by mixing the following raw materials: 60 to 100 phr of natural rubber; 0 to 40 phr of butadiene rubber; 30 to 70 phr of carbon black; the mixing raw materials of the base rubber further comprise the following components: 1.0 to 8.0 phr of resorcinol-formaldehyde precondensation resin, and 1.0 to 6.0 phr of a mixture of hexamethylenetetramine and butadiene-styrene rubber; in the mixture of hexamethylenetetramine and butadiene-styrene rubber, the mass fraction of butadiene-styrene rubber is 25-40%, the mass fraction of hexamethylenetetramine is 60-75%, and free formaldehyde is less than or equal to 0.5%. According to the invention, the mixture of hexamethylenetetramine and butadiene-styrene rubber and the non-self-curing modified phenol resin are added into the base rubber, so that the reduction of modulus caused by addition of relatively low carbon black is made up, the hardness of the base rubber is increased, the tear resistance of the base rubber is improved, the base rubber is practically applied to tires, and the control and braking performance of the tires is improved.

    本发明涉及轮胎制造新材料技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种低滚阻高操控且抗撕裂性能优异的基部胶、混炼方法和轮胎。该基部胶原料包括由以下组分的原料混炼制备得到:天然橡胶60~100phr;顺丁橡胶0~40phr;炭黑30~70phr;该基部胶的混炼原料还包括以下组分:间苯二酚‑甲醛预缩合树脂1.0~8.0phr,六次甲基四胺与丁苯胶的混合物1.0~6.0phr;所述六次甲基四胺与丁苯胶的混合物,其中丁苯胶质量分数为25~40%,六次甲基四胺质量分数为60~75%,游离甲醛≤0.5%。本发明在基部胶中添加六次甲基四胺与丁苯胶的混合物及非自固型改性苯酚树脂,弥补因添加较低炭黑导致的模量下降,增加基部胶的硬度,改善基部胶的抗撕裂性能,将该基部胶实际应用到轮胎中,改善轮胎的操控及制动性能。
