The invention belongs to the technical field of lunar exploration instruments and discloses a manned lunar rover which comprises a rover frame and a driving mechanism, the rover frame is used for carrying people, the driving mechanism comprises a rotating assembly and a driving assembly, the rotating assembly comprises a motor, a rotating shaft and two cross beams, the motor is installed on the rover frame and used for driving the rotating shaft to rotate, and the cross beams are connected to the rover frame. The two cross beams are rotationally matched through the rotating shaft, the two driving assemblies are connected to the two cross beams correspondingly, when the two driving assemblies are located on a horizontal road surface and a slope road surface correspondingly, the cross beams can rotate relative to the other cross beam, and when the manned lunar rover encounters the slope road surface, the rover body is balanced; the driving assembly on the slope road surface can reach the maximum contact area with the slope surface, the road holding force is increased, slipping and rollover of the manned lunar rover are prevented, an astronaut and a rover body can be kept in a balanced state all the time, and the gradeability and safety of the astronaut driving the lunar rover are greatly improved.
