The invention provides an active and passive combined anti-icing method and device. The device comprises an anti-icing demand surface, a synthetic jet exciter and a hydrophobic material layer, and a hydrophobic material is arranged on the anti-icing demand surface in advance; when water drops impact the anti-icing demand surface and the surface has an anti-icing demand, jet flow is sprayed to the anti-icing demand surface by utilizing a synthetic jet flow exciter, the jet flow is directly impacted by the water drops on the anti-icing demand surface, the motion trail of the water drops is changed, the speed of the water drops impacting the anti-icing demand surface is reduced, and the impact dynamic characteristic of the liquid drops is regulated and controlled; the contact time is shortened, the speed gradient of jet flow and the wall surface generates lift force to promote liquid drops to be rapidly separated from and away from the surface, thermal jet flow keeps good super-hydrophobic performance, the jet flow energy consumption is reduced through the super-hydrophobic material, and the purpose of active and passive combined anti-icing is achieved. The large-area anti-icing requirement can be met under the low-energy-consumption condition, the cost and complexity of the anti-icing device are reduced, and the anti-icing effect is improved.

    本发明提出了一种主被动组合防冰方法及装置,包括防冰需求表面、合成射流激励器、疏水材料层,在防冰需求表面上预先设置疏水材料;当有水滴撞击防冰需求表面,此时该表面有防冰需求时,利用合成射流激励器对防冰需求表面喷射射流,射流在防冰需求表面上直接受到水滴撞击的部位,改变水滴运动轨迹并减弱水滴撞击防冰需求表面的速度,调控液滴的撞击动力特性,降低接触时间,射流与壁面的速度梯度产生升力促进液滴快速脱离并远离表面,热射流保持超疏水良好性能,超疏水材料降低射流能耗,达到主被动组合防冰的目的。本发明能够在低能耗条件下满足大面积防冰需求,降低防冰装置成本及复杂性,改进防冰效果。
