The invention relates to an integrated vibration reduction rack for a marine water chilling unit, which comprises an electric cabinet, a condenser, an integrated rack, a plate-type evaporator and a compressor, the condenser is welded with a vertical plate to form the integrated rack, and the electric cabinet, the plate-type evaporator and the compressor are connected onto the integrated rack to form an integral structure. The vibration frequency of the compressor is firstly transmitted to the condenser body and then transmitted to the unit legs through the integrated rack, so that the effect of vibration isolation for multiple times is achieved. By the adoption of the integrated structure, the whole connecting rigidity of the unit is fully enhanced while all parts of the unit are connected, and the unit rack not only serves as a unit connecting piece, but also can improve the vibration frequency of the unit during operation. The unit size is reduced while the vibration frequency of the unit is reduced, and the design requirement of a shipyard is fully met.
本发明涉及一种船用冷水机组用一体式减振机架,包括电控箱、冷凝器、一体式机架、板式蒸发器、压缩机,所述冷凝器焊接立板形成一体式机架,一体式机架上面连接电控箱、板式蒸发器、压缩机构成整体结构,由一体式机架将压缩机振动频率先传递至冷凝器机身再传递至机组机脚从而起到多次隔振的效果。本发明通过采用一体化结构,在起到连接机组各部件的同时充分加强机组整体连接刚度,使机组机架不单只作为机组连接件,还可以改善机组运行时的振动频率。在减小机组振动频率的同时减小了机组体积,充分满足船厂设计要求。
