The invention relates to a vibration reduction composite rack which comprises transverse frames, vertical frames and longitudinal frames, a top frame is composed of two transverse frames and four longitudinal frames, and the two vertical frames are welded to the two longitudinal frames in the middle to serve as a motor hanging frame to be connected with a motor base. Triangular supporting plates are welded between the vertical frames and the top frame. The vibration reduction composite rack is installed in the induced ventilation device, and the induced ventilation device and a ship body are installed in a hoisting mode through a lifting lug. It can be guaranteed that the weight of the induced ventilation device is concentrated on the vibration reduction composite rack, the whole structure is light and firm, the strength is higher, the safety factor is large, and the anti-impact requirement is met; and the vibration index of the device can be effectively reduced.
