The invention discloses a full-rotation device of a deep sea propeller. The full-rotation device comprises a mounting part, a horizontal axial rotation part and a vertical axial rotation part, the mounting part is fixed on a hull of the deep sea detector; the horizontal axial rotating part comprises a first connecting part, a second connecting part, a middle sleeve, sleeve seats, a connecting plate, a servo motor, a first gear and a second gear, the middle sleeve is connected with the mounting part through the first connecting part, the two ends of the middle sleeve are rotationally sleeved with the sleeve seats, and the other ends of the sleeve seats are connected with the vertical axial rotating part through the second connecting part; the sleeve seats are fixedly connected with connecting plates, servo motors are installed on the opposite side faces of the connecting plates on the two sides, the output ends of the servo motors on the two sides are fixedly sleeved with first gears, and the middle sleeve is fixedly sleeved with second gears meshed with the first gears. The propeller can rotate around the horizontal axis and the vertical axis through the two rotating parts. Modularized disassembly and assembly can be rapidly and efficiently achieved, and 360-degree steering adjustment in the vertical axial direction and approximate 360-degree steering adjustment in the horizontal axial direction can be achieved.

    本发明公开了深海推进器的全回转装置,包括安装部,水平轴向转动部和竖直轴向转动部;安装部固定于深海探测器的船身;水平轴向转动部包括第一连接部、第二连接部、中置套筒、套筒座、连接板、伺服电机、第一齿轮和第二齿轮,中置套筒通过第一连接部与安装部连接,其两端均转动套装有套筒座,套筒座另一端通过第二连接部与竖直轴向转动部连接,套筒座均固定连接有连接板,两侧连接板相对的侧面均安装伺服电机,两侧伺服电机输出端均与第一齿轮固定套装,中置套筒上固定套装有与第一齿轮啮合的第二齿轮;两个转动部实现了推进器绕水平轴和竖直轴向旋转。本发明可快速高效地模块化拆装,并能实现竖直轴向360°转向调节,水平轴向近似360°转向调节。
