The invention relates to assembly of engineering machinery, and discloses an assembly system and an assembly method. The assembly system is used for plug-in installation between plug-in workpieces and groove-type workpieces and comprises a control module, an assembly vision module, a grabbing module and at least one plug-in workpiece placing table, and an identification unit is arranged on each plug-in workpiece placing table; the assembly vision module is suitable for obtaining image information and position of the groove type workpiece and transmitting the image information and position to the control module to determine P groove installation, and is suitable for scanning the recognition unit and obtaining the position of the plug-in type workpiece and transmitting the position to the control module to enable the grabbing module to grab the plug-in type workpiece. The image acquisition module is also suitable for acquiring image information and positions of the inserted workpieces on the grabbing module and transmitting the image information and positions to the control module to determine P insertion; and the control module determines the initial installation position of the plug-in workpiece according to the P groove installation, P plug-in and groove type workpiece digital-analog information, and installs the plug-in workpiece on the groove type workpiece. The assembly system can realize accurate positioning and mounting of workpieces, and is high in automation degree.

    本发明涉及工程机械的装配,公开了一种装配系统和装配方法。所述装配系统用于插入式工件与槽式工件之间的插接安装,包括控制模块、装配视觉模块、抓取模块和至少一个插入式工件置放台,插入式工件置放台上设置有识别单元;装配视觉模块适于获得槽式工件的图像信息及位置并传输至控制模块以确定P槽安装,适于扫描识别单元并且获得插入式工件的位置传输至控制模块使得抓取模块抓取插入式工件,还适于获得抓取模块上插入式工件的图像信息及位置并传输至控制模块以确定P插入;控制模块根据P槽安装、P插入和槽式工件数模信息,确定插入式工件的初始安装位置,并将插入式工件安装至槽式工件上。该装配系统能实现工件精准定位与安装,自动化程度高。
