The invention discloses a rear axle steering system capable of preventing pressure impact and a control method of the rear axle steering system. The rear axle steering system comprises a left tire, a right tire, a left steering oil cylinder and a right steering oil cylinder, the left tire and the right tire are symmetrically arranged, the left steering oil cylinder is used for outputting hydraulic power to drive the left tire to rotate, and the right steering oil cylinder is used for outputting hydraulic power to drive the left tire to rotate. The oil return port T1 is communicated with the oil return port T through a back pressure valve; an oil inlet P of the steering valve group is communicated with a pressure oil source, an oil return port T of the steering valve group is communicated with system return oil or an oil return port of a hydraulic oil tank, and a working oil port A and a working oil port B of the steering valve group are respectively communicated with a left steering oil cylinder and a right steering oil cylinder of a vehicle and are used for controlling the left steering oil cylinder and the right steering oil cylinder to extend and retract. The back pressure valve is additionally arranged, so that the rigidity of a rear axle steering system is improved, the steering control stability of a vehicle during driving in a curve is improved, and the drifting problem caused by foot-crossing steering of a rear axle during high-speed heavy-load rapid turning of the vehicle is solved.

    本发明公开了一种具有防压力冲击的后轴转向系统及其控制方法,对称设置的左轮胎和右轮胎,用于输出液压助力带动左轮胎转动的左转向油缸,用于输出液压助力带动左轮胎转动的右转向油缸,转向阀组包括比例阀和背压阀,回油口T1通过背压阀与回油口T相通;转向阀组的进油口P和压力油源相通,转向阀组的回油口T与系统回油或者与液压油箱的回油口相通,转向阀组的工作油口A和工作油口B,分别与车辆的左转向油缸和右转向油缸相连通,用于控制左转向油缸和右转向油缸的伸出和缩回。本发明通过增加背压阀,提高后轴转向系统的刚度,提高车辆在弯道行驶转向的操纵稳定性,实现避免因车辆中高速重载快速转弯时后轴出现过足转向而带来的甩尾问题。
