The invention provides a construction safety control method for a full-automatic unmanned operation maintenance scene, relates to the safety field of urban rail transit operation and maintenance, and is based on an SPKS key control box of an access control system, and combines functions of a maintenance and management system, an IBP disk, an SPKS and ATP system and the access control system. The operation authority of the SPKS key control box is limited based on a temporary authorization technology of a maintenance and management system and an access control system; the SPKS switch and the LED lamp strip state indication of the protection area are arranged on the station IBP, crew members and maintenance personnel can confirm the safety state of the protection area, the SPKS key control box based on the access control achieves change of SPKS key management authority during maintenance, and on the basis of ensuring safety, the possibility of misoperation is avoided. And logic control in the key control box can ensure that all maintainers safely evacuate from a protection area. Therefore, the possibility that the vehicle enters the defense area in the maintenance process is technically eliminated, and the personal safety of maintenance personnel is ensured.
