The invention belongs to the technical field of electric vehicles, and discloses a hybrid excitation synchronous electric drive nonlinear optimal control system, which comprises a hybrid power unit, a hybrid excitation synchronous motor and an AC/DC converter, and is characterized in that the hybrid power unit comprises a gasoline engine, a hybrid double excitation synchronous motor and an AC/DC converter; a dynamic model unit established based on the AC/DC converter; the first dynamic model unit is established on the basis of the hybrid double excitation synchronous motor; the second kinetic model unit is established on the basis of the gasoline engine; the linearization model unit is established on the basis of the dynamic model unit, the first dynamic model unit and the second dynamic model unit; and the H-infinite nonlinear feedback controller is established based on the linearization model unit. The H-infinite controller provides a solution for the nonlinear optimal control problem of the hybrid power assembly under model uncertainty and external disturbance.
