The outer wall of the inner sheath is coated with a reinforcing layer, and the outer wall of the reinforcing layer is extruded with an outer sheath. Cooling liquid is conveyed into the conveying pipe through the cooling liquid circulating system and then permeates into the cooling cavity through the liquid outlet holes to make contact with the main wire core, the main wire core is cooled through circularly flowing insulating oil, the conveying pipe, the cooling cavity and the main wire core are coaxially arranged, the diameter of the cable is not increased when liquid cooling is conducted on the cable, and meanwhile the cable is prevented from being damaged. The cooling cavity is supported through the conveying pipe and the supporting ribs, and the situation that when the cable is dragged and bent, the cooling cavity is extruded to be closed, and consequently cooling liquid flowing is blocked is avoided.
