The invention discloses an electric automobile two-gear gearbox adopting double clutches, and particularly relates to the field of automobile mechanical parts, which comprises motor related parts, gear shaft related parts, actuator parts and clutch parts, the motor related parts comprise a rotor support and a gearbox shell, and the rotor support is installed on the gearbox shell through a first ball bearing and a second ball bearing. By adopting the wet-type double-clutch system, gear shifting is smooth, the wet-type clutches keep the sliding friction function, and whole vehicle calibration and gear shifting smoothness are extremely easy; the structure is compact, and the motor, the clutch and the gear shaft part are integrated in an extremely short space to form a complete and independent driving unit; by the adoption of the highly-integrated double-clutch module design, switching of two gears of the gearbox can be achieved, the gearbox has the excellent gear shifting smoothness through the sliding friction function of the clutch, the gear shifting response is rapid, and then the system efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种采用双离合器的电动汽车两档变速箱,具体涉及汽车机械配件领域,包括电机相关零部件、齿轴相关零部件、执行器零部件和离合器零部件;所述电机相关零部件包括转子支架和变速箱壳体,所述转子支架通过第一球轴承和第二球轴承安装在变速箱壳体上。本发明通过采用湿式双离合器系统,使换挡平顺,且湿式离合器保留滑磨功能,极易于整车标定和换挡平顺性;结构紧凑,在极短空间内,集成了电机、离合器和齿轴零件,形成一个完整且独立的驱动单元;采用高度集成的双离合器模块设计,能实现变速箱两个档位的切换,且通过离合器的滑磨功能,使变速箱拥有极好的换挡平顺性,且换挡响应迅速,进而提高系统效率。
