The invention provides a mining flameproof and intrinsically safe belt tensioning winch control device which comprises a winding drum support, a motor is installed on one side of the winding drum support, a speed reducer is installed on the other side of the winding drum support, and the output end of the motor is connected with the speed reducer through a connecting shaft. An output shaft of the speed reducer is connected with a transmission shaft of the steel wire rope winding drum, a tensioning assembly is arranged on one side of the steel wire rope winding drum and comprises a tensioning roller, sliding grooves, threaded rods and supporting blocks, the winding drum support is symmetrically provided with the two sliding grooves, the threaded rods are arranged in the sliding grooves, and the supporting blocks are arranged in the threaded rods. According to the winch tensioning device, the problems that in the prior art, a winch tensioning device is prone to being affected by error signals when the tensioning force is adjusted, and an adjusting system of the winch tensioning device is complex in structure, low in response speed and large in energy consumption are solved.

    本发明提供矿用隔爆兼本质安全型皮带张紧绞车控制装置,包括卷筒支架,所述卷筒支架一侧安装有电机,所述卷筒支架另一侧安装有减速器,所述电机输出端通过连接轴与所述减速器相连接,所述减速器输出轴与所述钢丝绳卷筒传动轴相连接,所述钢丝绳卷筒一侧设置有张紧组件,所述张紧组件包括张紧辊、滑槽、螺纹杆以及支撑块,所述卷筒支架上对称开设有两组所述滑槽,所述滑槽内部设置有螺纹杆,所述支撑块滑动设置在所述滑槽内部,所述钢丝绳卷筒上缠绕的钢丝绳位于所述张紧辊底部,本发明解决了现有技术中的绞车拉紧装置在调节拉紧力时易受到错误信号影响且其调节系统具有结构复杂、响应速度慢、能耗大的问题。
