The invention discloses a winch system for a small-diameter vertical shaft heading machine and a using method of the winch system, and relates to the winch system for the vertical shaft heading machine. A base stretches across the upper portion of a vertical shaft, a chassis is fixed to the upper portion of the base, and a motor, a speed reducer and a speed reducing motor are fixed to one side of the lower portion of the chassis; a middle winch drum, a left side winch drum and a right side winch drum are sequentially fixed on the transmission shaft from left to right, a middle winch fixing double-pulley is correspondingly arranged right in front of the middle winch drum, and a rope outlet end of a steel wire rope on the middle winch drum bypasses the middle winch fixing double-pulley and is connected with a middle winch double-pulley arranged at the lower part of the base; hooks at the lower parts of the middle winch double-movable pulley, the left winch double-movable pulley and the right winch double-movable pulley are respectively connected with three hoisting points of the vertical shaft heading machine; the device is simple in structure and convenient to use, and meets the working mode requirements of the vertical shaft heading machine for low-speed heading and rapid out-of-well entering.

    一种用于小直径竖井掘进机的绞车系统及其使用方法,涉及一种竖井掘进机的绞车系统,基座横跨在竖井的上方,底盘固定在基座上部,底盘上面的下部一侧固定有电机、减速器和减速电机,减速器的输出端固定有传动轴,中间绞车卷筒、左侧绞车卷筒、右侧绞车卷筒从左至右依次固定在传动轴上,对应中间绞车卷筒的正前方设有中间绞车固定双滑轮,中间绞车卷筒上钢丝绳的出绳端绕过中间绞车固定双滑轮与设置在基座下部的中间绞车双动滑轮连接;中间绞车双动滑轮、左侧绞车双动滑轮、右侧绞车双动滑轮下部的挂钩分别与竖井掘进机的三个起吊点连接;本发明结构简单、使用方便,满足竖井掘进机慢速掘进和快速出井入井的工作模式需求。
