The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting and discloses hoisting equipment for an asphalt concrete mixing station, which comprises an equipment part, supporting rods are equidistantly distributed at the bottom end of the equipment part, the outer side of each supporting rod is movably sleeved with a sleeve rope positioned on the outer side of the equipment part, the top end of each sleeve rope is provided with a steel wire rope, and the outer side of each steel wire rope is movably sleeved with an inner cylinder; an outer cylinder is slidably connected to the outer side of the inner cylinder, and a fixing box is slidably connected to the side, close to the equipment part, of the outer cylinder. The inner cylinder, the outer cylinder and the fixing box are fixed through the inner cylinder arranged on the outer side of the steel wire rope and the positive pressure of the steel wire rope on the equipment part, and the fixed inner cylinder, the fixed outer cylinder and the fixed box can convert relative movement between the steel wire rope and the equipment part into relative sliding between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder during hoisting. The outer side of the steel wire rope and the inner cylinder are relatively static, namely, abrasion of the outer side of the steel wire rope is reduced only through static friction force, and the service life of the steel wire rope is prolonged.
