The invention provides a door system synchronous belt anomaly detection method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: firstly obtaining the three-phase current, the measurement angular displacement and the measurement acceleration of a motor of a door system synchronous belt at a current moment during the anomaly detection of the door system synchronous belt; then, according to the three-phase current and the measured angular displacement at the current moment, the predicted acceleration of the motor at the current moment is determined; and determining an abnormal detection result of the door system synchronous belt according to the difference between the predicted acceleration and the measured acceleration at the current moment. In this way, the synchronous belt is not directly detected, anomaly detection of the synchronous belt is achieved by detecting the difference between the predicted acceleration and the measured acceleration of the motor of the synchronous belt in real time, the time delay problem caused by a traditional detection method is solved, and the timeliness and reliability of detection are improved.

    本发明提供了一种门系统同步带异常检测方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,在进行门系统同步带异常检测时,先获取门系统同步带的电机在当前时刻的三相电流、测量角位移和测量加速度;然后根据当前时刻的三相电流和测量角位移,确定电机在当前时刻的预测加速度;进而根据当前时刻的预测加速度和测量加速度的差异,确定门系统同步带的异常检测结果。这样不直接检测同步带,通过实时检测同步带的电机的预测加速度和测量加速度的差异,实现同步带的异常检测,解决了传统检测方法带来的时间滞后问题,提高了检测的时效性和可靠性。
