The invention relates to an aircraft wing loading section deducting protection device and a method thereof, and designs a mechanism consisting of an inner side deducting single-lug connecting seat, an inner side deducting portal frame related component, an outer side deducting single-lug connecting seat and an outer side deducting portal frame to deduct the weight of a wing loading section from the inner side and the outer side. When the weight of the wing loading section is deducted, the gravity center of the wing loading section only needs to be positioned between the inner side buckling single-lug connecting seat and the outer side buckling single-lug connecting seat, so that the accuracy of deducting the weight of the wing loading section can be effectively ensured; a mechanism composed of a single-lug connecting seat for upward protection and related parts of a portal frame for upward protection and a mechanism composed of a single-lug connecting seat for downward protection and related parts of a portal frame for downward protection are designed and utilized to provide safety protection when a wing loading section deforms upwards and downwards, and operation is convenient and safe.
