The invention provides a method for controlling the installation precision of a convex deck liquid tank saddle. The method comprises the steps that a convex deck is manufactured and installed; a first positioning datum line and a second positioning datum line are arranged on a broadside top deck section; a third positioning datum line and a fourth positioning datum line are arranged on the convex deck inclined plate subsection; when the broadside top deck is constructed in a segmented mode, the angle of the broadside top deck is verified; when the broadside top deck section and the convex deck inclined plate section are assembled and positioned, the angle of the joint of the broadside top deck section and the convex deck inclined plate section is transversely verified; during transverse positioning, the saddle is positioned according to the first positioning datum line and the third positioning datum line; during longitudinal positioning, the saddle is positioned according to the second positioning datum line and the fourth positioning datum line; and detecting the levelness of four corners of the saddle and the opening distance between the bow and the stern of the saddle, so that the saddle is fixedly mounted on the convex deck according to a preset standard. According to the method, the mounting precision of the saddle and smooth seating of the deck tank are guaranteed, and uniform stress transmission is facilitated.
