The invention discloses a multi-island assembly method for a superstructure of a ship. The method comprises the following steps that S1, assembly of left and right board sections of multiple layers of deck sections is carried out; s2, the multiple layers of decks are carried in a segmented mode to form multiple layers of blocks; and S3, carrying the multiple layers of blocks. The multi-island total assembling method overcomes the defects caused by the original method that the left and right board sections of the lowest deck section are subjected to total assembling from a total assembling jig frame and then total assembling is sequentially conducted from bottom to top, and the multi-island total assembling method has the advantages that firstly, the period occupied by the total assembling jig frame is shortened in the mode that multiple sections are subjected to total assembling at the same time; the follow-up assembly of the superstructure of the ship is facilitated; secondly, the efficiency is improved by adopting the multi-island assembling method, the superstructure assembling period is shortened, and a company production node plan is met; and thirdly, all the deck sections are assembled in advance, long-term high-altitude operation caused by an originally-adopted layer-building assembling method is reduced, and the safety risk is reduced.
本发明公开了一种船舶上层建筑的多岛总组方法,包括以下步骤:S1、进行多层所述甲板分段的左右舷分段的总组;S2、将多层所述甲板分段搭载形成多层总段;S3、将多层所述总段进行搭载。将原本从总组胎架上将最下层的甲板分段的左右舷分段进行总组,然后再由下向上依次进行总组的方法所导致的缺陷克服,本多岛总组方法一是通过多段同时进行总组的方式减少对总组胎架占用的周期,有利于后续船舶上层建筑的总组;二是采用此多岛总组方法提高效率,缩短上层建筑总组周期,满足公司生产节点计划;三是将各个甲板分段预先完成总组,减少原本采用的层搭的总组方法所导致的需要长期高空作业,降低安全风险。
