The invention discloses a double-vehicle splicing type AGV for vehicle assembly. The AGV comprises a first AGV body, a second AGV body, a movable supporting tool and a fixed supporting tool. A first connecting mechanism is arranged at one end of the first AGV, a second connecting mechanism is arranged at one end of the second AGV, and the first AGV is hinged to the second connecting mechanism of the second AGV through the first connecting mechanism. The AGV structure comprises a first AGV and a second AGV, the two AGVs are connected, one end of the first AGV is provided with a first connecting mechanism, one end of the second AGV is provided with a second connecting mechanism, the first AGV is hinged to the second connecting mechanism of the second AGV through the first connecting mechanism, and the two AGVs can rotate around the hinged position in a small range through the structure. Therefore, the problems that when a vehicle runs on an uneven road surface, part of driving wheels are suspended, and the vehicle slips are solved.

    本发明公开了一种双车拼接式车辆装配用AGV,包括第一AGV、第二AGV、移动支撑工装、固定支撑工装;所述第一AGV的一端设置有第一连接机构,所述第二AGV的一端设置有第二连接机构,所述第一AGV通过第一连接机构与第二AGV的第二连接机构铰接连接。该AGV结构包括第一AGV和第二AGV,两台AGV相连接,所述第一AGV的一端设置有第一连接机构,所述第二AGV的一端设置有第二连接机构,所述第一AGV通过第一连接机构与第二AGV的第二连接机构铰接连接,两个AGV利用此种结构能够绕铰接处小幅度旋转,从而解决当车辆行驶在不平整路面时,所造成的部分驱动轮悬空,车辆打滑的问题。
