The invention discloses an engineering vehicle power system which is characterized in that a power input module is connected with an input shaft, the input shaft is matched with a first gear set or a second gear set through a planet carrier unit or a connecting support unit to transmit power to a transmission shaft, and the transmission shaft transmits the power to an output shaft through a third gear set and a fourth gear set; a first clutch, a second clutch, a third clutch and a fourth clutch are installed on the transmission shaft, the first clutch and the second clutch are connected through a shared support, the third clutch and the fourth clutch are connected through a shared support, one end of the transmission shaft is connected with a fifth clutch, and the fifth clutch and a sixth clutch are connected through a shared support. The sixth clutch is connected with one end of the output shaft. Automatic gear shifting can be achieved, power cannot be interrupted in the automatic gear shifting process, more abundant power and more convenient driving operation are provided for a vehicle, and the working efficiency of the vehicle can be improved.
