The invention provides a permanent magnet traction converter motor position signal anti-interference method and device. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a real position and a rotor angular speed of a rotor; obtaining a predicted rotor position obtained through filtering prediction at the previous moment; calculating a difference value between the real position of the rotor and the predicted position of the rotor, and constructing a virtual motor rotor angular velocity based on the difference value; and integration is carried out on the virtual motor rotor angular speed in the current control period, so that a prediction angle is obtained. On the basis of satisfying the motor control performance, the position signal sampled by the traction converter is subjected to anti-interference processing through the control algorithm, so that the interference of the position signal is effectively inhibited, the operation of the converter is more stable, and the reliability of the traction system is improved.

    本发明提供一种永磁牵引变流器电机位置信号抗干扰方法及装置。方法包括:获取转子真实的位置以及转子角速度;获取上一时刻的经过滤波预测得到的预测转子位置;计算转子真实的位置与预测转子位置的差值,基于所述差值构造虚拟的电机转子角速度;对虚拟的电机转子角速度在当前控制周期内进行积分,从而得到预测角度。本发明在满足电机控制性能的基础上,通过控制算法对牵引变流器采样的位置信号进行抗干扰处理,有效抑制位置信号的干扰,使变流器运行更加稳定,提高牵引系统可靠性。
