The invention discloses a dynamic competition vehicle speed prediction method, system and device and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: building a Markov vehicle speed prediction model which comprises a state transition mechanism, a state space, a state transition probability matrix, a model training method and a model prediction method; state space reconstruction is carried out on the model, vehicle driving data are obtained online, clustering analysis is carried out on the driving data, an online reconstructed state space is obtained, and a vehicle speed prediction model after state space reconstruction is formed; on the basis of an online reconstructed state space, periodically updating the state transition probability matrix through driving data acquired online; and in the driving process, dynamic competitive vehicle speed prediction is carried out based on the vehicle speed prediction models before and after state space reconstruction until the end of the travel. A dynamic competition vehicle speed prediction method based on models before and after state space reconstruction is respectively used, two advantages are integrated, the defect of adopting a single prediction method is avoided, and the vehicle speed prediction accuracy can be effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种动态竞争车速预测方法、系统、设备及介质,包括建立Markov车速预测模型,包括状态转移机制、状态空间、状态转移概率矩阵、模型训练方法和模型预测方法;对模型进行状态空间重构,在线获取车辆驾驶数据,对驾驶数据进行聚类分析,得到在线重构的状态空间,形成状态空间重构后的车速预测模型;以在线重构的状态空间为基础,通过在线采集的驾驶数据对状态转移概率矩阵进行周期性更新;在行驶过程中,基于状态空间重构前后的车速预测模型进行动态竞争车速预测,至行程结束。通过分别使用基于状态空间重构前后模型的动态竞争车速预测方法,综合两种优势,避免采用单一预测方法的缺陷,能够有效提高车速预测准确性。
