The invention discloses a context-aware strip mine truck driver driving style identification method, and belongs to the technical field of trajectory data mining. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring GPS data of the strip mine truck, and performing preprocessing; enabling the preprocessed GPS data to pass through a feature decoupling module to obtain a motion feature sequence, a road segment sequence and a global feature; based on a road segment sequence, through a context embedding module, mutually separated road segment features in the sequence are converted into a context feature sequence fusing adjacent road segment information, and the module is pre-trained; then, a fusion feature extraction module is used to fuse the motion feature sequence and the context feature sequence to generate an embedded representation of the driver's driving style. And finally, inputting the driving style embedded representation and the global features into a driving style identification module, and obtaining the driving style category of the driver. According to the method, the GPS data are decoupled and processed respectively, the context embedding module is pre-trained, the influence of the context information on the driving style is fully considered, and the recognition precision is improved.

    一种上下文感知的露天矿卡车司机驾驶风格识别方法,属于轨迹数据挖掘技术领域。方法包括:获取露天矿卡车的GPS数据,进行预处理;将预处理后的GPS数据,经过特征解耦模块,得到运动特征序列、路段序列、全局特征;基于路段序列,经过上下文嵌入模块,将该序列中相互分离的路段特征转化为融合其相邻路段信息的上下文特征序列,并对该模块进行预训练;然后,使用融合特征提取模块,融合运动特征序列和上下文特征序列,产生司机驾驶风格的嵌入表示。最后,将驾驶风格嵌入表示与全局特征输入到驾驶风格识别模块,获取司机驾驶风格类别。该方法将GPS数据解耦分别处理,对上下文嵌入模块进行预训练,充分考虑上下文信息对驾驶风格的影响,提高识别精度。
