A photovoltaic power station and hydrogen production and refueling station system planning method considering traffic flow prediction comprises the following steps: introducing a traffic flow prediction method, and obtaining a refueling station refueling demand according to traffic flow data and an expected vehicle refueling probability so as to ensure timely refueling of a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle; specific parameters of main equipment of the photovoltaic power station and the hydrogen production and refueling station are determined, and power network and traffic network data are obtained; taking minimization of system cost as an objective function, considering traffic network constraints, power network constraints and hydrogen production and refueling station main equipment operation constraints, and constructing a photovoltaic power station and hydrogen production and refueling station system planning model considering traffic flow prediction; and according to the established photovoltaic power station and hydrogen production and refueling station system planning model, solving the model by means of a CPLEX solver in a YALMIP toolbox, and through simulation verification, obtaining optimal deployment of positions and capacities of the photovoltaic power station and the hydrogen production and refueling station.

    一种考虑交通流量预测的光伏电站和制氢加氢站系统规划方法,步骤为:引入交通流量预测方法,根据交通流数据和期望的车辆加氢概率,得到加氢站加氢需求,用来保证氢燃料电池汽车及时加氢;确定光伏电站和制氢加氢站主设备具体参数,得到电力网络和交通网络数据;以最小化系统成本为目标函数,考虑交通网络约束、电力网络约束和制氢加氢站主设备运行约束,构建了考虑交通流量预测的光伏电站和制氢加氢站的系统规划模型;根据建立的光伏电站和制氢加氢站系统规划模型,借助YALMIP工具箱中的CPLEX求解器来对模型进行求解,通过仿真验证,得到光伏电站和制氢加氢站的位置以及容量的最优部署。
