The invention discloses a data-driven supercritical airfoil generation model design method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a plurality of airfoils, and obtaining an airfoil coordinate point of each airfoil; fitting the airfoil profile coordinate points of each airfoil profile to obtain control point coordinates of each airfoil profile, and dividing all airfoil profiles and the control point coordinates thereof into a first training set and a second training set; training a preset cyclic generative adversarial network model through the first training set and the second training set; the cyclic generative adversarial network model comprises a first generator, a first discriminator corresponding to the first generator, a second generator and a second discriminator corresponding to the second generator; and selecting a first generator or a second generator from the trained cyclic generative adversarial network model as a generative model. According to the method, the integration of optimization and generation of the airfoil can be realized, geometric constraints such as fairness of the airfoil can be ensured, and the generation efficiency and quality of the supercritical airfoil are remarkably improved.

    本发明公开了一种数据驱动的超临界翼型生成模型设计方法及系统,其方法包括:获取多个翼型,并得到每个翼型的翼型坐标点;将每个翼型的翼型坐标点拟合得到每个翼型的控制点坐标,并将所有翼型及其控制点坐标分成第一训练集和第二训练集;通过第一训练集和第二训练集训练预设的循环生成对抗网络模型;循环生成对抗网络模型包括第一生成器和第一生成器对应的第一判别器以及第二生成器和第二生成器对应的第二判别器;从训练完成的循环生成对抗网络模型中选取第一生成器或第二生成器作为生成模型。本发明能够实现翼型优化与生成一体化,并且可以保证翼型的光顺性等几何约束,显著提升超临界翼型生成的效率和质量。
