Comprising a water surface buoy system and an underwater system, the water surface buoy system comprises a buoy body, a battery unit, a cable guide connector, a junction box, a cable winch, a solar charging panel and a satellite communication unit, the battery unit, the junction box and the cable winch are arranged in the buoy body, and the cable guide connector is arranged at the bottom of the buoy body; the solar charging panel and the satellite communication unit are arranged on the top of the buoy body. The deep and far sea agile communication networking and real-time detection system provided by the invention can be flexibly used in deep and far sea areas needing communication networking or detection implementation, is high in integration level, convenient to use and low in cost, can be deployed/recovered by using a general maritime work ship, can cover the seabed of thousands of square kilometers, and can be widely applied to the field of ocean engineering. Multiple sets of systems can be conveniently networked to expand the application range, and can be flexibly arranged according to actual requirements.
