The invention discloses a metro air conditioner compressor anomaly detection method and system based on an isolated forest. The metro air conditioner compressor anomaly detection method comprises the steps that exhaust temperature data of air conditioner compressors in a metro train are obtained and grouped; performing statistical characteristic calculation on each group of exhaust temperature data to obtain a sample matrix; constructing an isolated forest anomaly detection model, inputting the sample matrix into the isolated forest anomaly detection model, and obtaining the average path length of each sample in the sample matrix; and obtaining a score of the sample according to the average path length of each sample, detecting whether the score of each sample is abnormal according to an abnormal threshold value, and obtaining an abnormal detection result. According to the method, the abnormity of the air conditioner compressor is detected by adopting a method based on data driving, the occurrence of faults can be pre-judged in advance, and the occurrence of train main track operation faults is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于孤立森林的地铁空调压缩机的异常检测方法与系统,上述方法包括:获取地铁列车中空调压缩机的排气温度数据并进行分组;对每组排气温度数据进行统计特征计算得到样本矩阵;构造孤立森林异常检测模型,将样本矩阵输入孤立森林异常检测模型,获得样本矩阵中每一样本的平均路径长度;根据每一样本的平均路径长度获得样本的分数,并根据异常阈值检测每一样本的分数是否异常,获得异常检测结果。本发明采用基于数据驱动的方法来对空调压缩机的异常进行检测,能够提前预判故障的发生,减少列车正线运行故障发生。
