The invention relates to an anti-skid repair coating for a ship deck and an application structure of the anti-skid repair coating. The anti-skid repair coating comprises a raw material A, a raw material B and a raw material C, wherein the raw material A is prepared from epoxy resin, magnesium silicate, a defoaming agent, a delustering agent, a drying agent, an adhesion promoter, a mildew preventive, a viscosity modifier and a p-chlorofluorobenzene solvent; the raw material B is composed of a garnet grinding material, an aluminum oxide grinding material, a boron carbide grinding material, a phthalocyanine blue pigment, a titanium dioxide pigment, a yellow iron oxide pigment and a red iron oxide pigment; the raw material C is composed of an epoxy resin curing agent and a p-chlorofluorobenzene solvent; the whole surface of the deck base material or an area with insufficient anti-skid performance is coated with the anti-skid repair coating, and in the pre-curing stage, drainage grooves or anti-skid textures for improving the anti-skid performance can be formed in the surface of the anti-skid repair coating through a mold; the anti-skid performance of the whole surface of the deck can be improved, and meanwhile the anti-skid coating can be locally coated on the area with insufficient anti-skid performance of the deck so as to quickly repair the anti-skid performance of the deck.

    本发明涉及一种用于船舶甲板的防滑修复涂层及其应用结构,防滑修复涂层包括由环氧树脂、硅酸镁、消泡剂、消光剂、干燥剂、附着力促进剂、防霉剂、黏度调节剂和对氯氟苯溶剂组成的原料A,石榴石磨料、氧化铝磨料、碳化硼磨料、酞菁蓝颜料、二氧化钛颜料、黄氧化铁颜料和红氧化铁颜料组成的原料B,环氧树脂固化剂和对氯氟苯溶剂组成的原料C;将防滑修复涂层涂覆在甲板基材的整个表面或者防滑性能不足的区域,在其预固化阶段,可以通过模具在防滑修复涂层的表面形成排水凹槽或者提高防滑性能的防滑纹理;本发明能够提升甲板表面整体的防滑性能,同时也能够局部涂覆于甲板防滑性能不足的区域以快速修复甲板的防滑性能。
