The invention provides a grab ship unloader cab accurate positioning device and method.The device comprises a positioning unit, a cab driving unit and a PLC control unit, data transmission between the positioning unit and the PLC control unit is achieved through an Ethernet protocol, the cab driving unit is connected with the PLC control unit through a hard wire, and the PLC control unit is connected with the cab driving unit. The positioning unit is used for acquiring position value data of the cab; the cab driving unit is used for driving and operating a cab according to the cab position value data acquired by the positioning unit; and the PLC control unit is used for reading the cab position value data acquired by the positioning unit and controlling the cab driving unit to drive and operate the cab according to the cab position value data acquired by the positioning unit. According to the method, the coding ruler is installed along the full-travel track of the cab, the U-shaped code reader is installed on the top of the cab, conversion is carried out according to the target operation position of the cab and the maximum operation speed and acceleration of the cab, the operation control method of the cab is obtained, and therefore accurate positioning of the cab is achieved.

    本发明提供一种抓斗卸船机司机室精确定位装置及方法,本发明装置包括:定位单元、司机室驱动单元及PLC控制单元,定位单元通过以太网协议实现与PLC控制单元的数据传输,司机室驱动单元通过硬线连接PLC控制单元,定位单元用于获取司机室的位置值数据;司机室驱动单元用于根据定位单元获取的司机室位置值数据驱动运行司机室;PLC控制单元用于读取定位单元获取的司机室位置值数据,控制司机室驱动单元根据定位单元获取的司机室位置值数据驱动运行司机室。本发明沿着司机室全行程轨道安装编码尺,并在司机室顶部安装U型读码器,依据司机室的目标运行位置,根据司机室的最大运行速度及加速度进行换算,得出司机室运行控制方法,从而实现司机室的精确定位。
